Through the optimization and modernization of our operations, we have achieved a 58% reduction in energy consumption over the past decade. Our products are designed to help customers meet environmental requirements while supporting sustainable operations. Our latest innovation, SensorFlex™, advances the environmental commitments of ESG by enabling more accurate, efficient, and sustainable process water monitoring. Its digital capabilities improve diagnostics, extend sensor life, and reduce unnecessary maintenance, which in turn minimizes waste and resource consumption. By supporting maximum process efficiency and reliable compliance with environmental standards, SensorFlex™ helps reduce operational impact on the environment while promoting responsible resource management.

Social

We provide a safe and inclusive workplace, with a focus on employee and visitor safety, fair labor practices, and regulatory compliance. Governance

IC Controls upholds high standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency. We have anti-bribery and anti-corruption measures and and maintain a clear Code of Conduct for employees and suppliers. ESG oversight at the board level ensures compliance with regulations, workplace safety, environmental standards, and conflict minerals requirements. We monitor product safety, quality, and compliance through ISO 9001:2015, RoHS, and CSA standards, while managing pricing, customer service, and on-time delivery. Cybersecurity and disaster recovery measures protect our systems, data, business partners, and investors, along with adherence to economic sanctions and ESG investment guidelines. By integrating ESG risks into business planning, we support financial health, long-term growth, and responsible corporate citizenship.
