Tips to prolong the life of your dissolved oxygen sensor.
- When removing the sensor, open the drain to atmospheric pressure.
- When storing the sensor, keep it in a sealed flowcell with zero DO solution or a low ppb sample. Keep the analyzer powered.
- Minimize exposure to ppm level concentrations. ie: 1 hour.
- Sample: 5 to 60C, <60 psi (note: 869-22 has no regulator), flowrate 50 to 200 mL/minute.
- Particulate filtration or grit bypass (note: 865-25-80 has a grit bypass)
