IC Controls has specially trained technicians to service and repair your IC Controls or Thermo Orion Process equipment. We also offer Start Up, Training, Annual Preventative Maintenance packages and Service Contracts.
IC Controls is the only authorized provider of service and training on Thermo Orion products in Canada. Operation demonstration and maintenance tips are available during the field visit. Field visits are available as a flat rate (8 hours = site and travel time) or at an hourly rate. Installation of the analyzers or monitors is arranged by the end-user to ensure that mounting, electrical and plumbing connections are in compliance with local codes. The purchase of an analyzer from IC Controls entitles customers to preferred rates.
