    Reliable Submersion

    The IC Controls model 642 pH sensor is a low-cost solution to traditional leakage problems associated with submersible pH sensors. The sensor assembly is designed to work with the electronics package located in a junction box above the liquid level. The assembly is completely encapsulated and comes with a standard 3 meter (10 foot) lead. This setup achieves a reliability not previously associated with submersion pH measurement.

    The 607 replaceable pH cartridge is constructed from 2 cm (¾ inch) schedule 80 PVDF pipe, with the sensor assembly fully encapsulated for outstanding reliability and economy on applications to 90°C (194°F).

    The IC Controls model 605 was designed to provide reliable pH measurement in demanding applications where pressure cannot be reduced to zero for sensor removal.
  • SS Body Ball Valve Retractable pH Sensor, with Anti-Blowout Lip

    The IC Controls model 606 was designed to provide reliable pH measurement in demanding applications where pressure cannot be reduced to zero for electrode removal. The IC Controls models 605 and 617 also can handle the service. However, for safety reasons, some users prefer a positive anti-blowout lip that cannot pass through the insertion gland. The 606 provides that lip and optional safety lanyards for the ultimate double-safe design.

    The 617 replaceable pH cartridge is constructed from PVDF, with the electrode fully encapsulated for outstanding reliability on applications to 300 PSIG. It fits on a threaded retraction rod to move through the ball valve in/out of the process isolation chamber.
