Quick-Union In-line pH Sensor

The model 627 quick-union in-line pH sensor is offered in an easy-to-install configuration for insertion or submersion applications. The union-style threaded fitting locks in the sensor for extra safety and very easy removal. This sensor is designed to survive in cyanide, sulfides and ammonia environments often found in mines, concentractors and refineries.

It is bigger and more rugged than a conventional pH sensors.  The patented ‘solid polymer’ pH reference design is used to give fast response and long life even with constantly fluctuating temperature, pressure, oily coatings  and poisoning ions.   The sensor body is CPVC (or optional PVDF) with the sensing electrode encapsulated with a PPS liner for prolonged reliability.

  • Recommended for applications where frequent removal in tough application for calibration, cleaning or quality control checks is required.
  • For in line installation, the threaded fitting locks in the sensor for extra safety and easy removal. No twisted leads.
  • For submersion installation, it mounts on a 3/4″ FNPT thread in the end of a support pipe or it can be suspended from it’s lead.
