Building upon the proven 642 platform, the 648 pH sensor incorporates IC Controls’ key high performance options as standard features to deliver maximum performance and value in difficult applications. By packaging these options together in an optimized design, we are able to provide our highest level of capability at a lower cost point than previously possible. In addition, robust preamp and quick-connection options are also available.

  • Hytec junction and plastic reference to resist contamination and high temperature exposure
  • Large 2.5 cm (1 inch) diameter reference junction surrounding pH tip resists plugging and eliminates variations in reading caused by changes in flow direction.
  • Rugged body constructed from 2.5 cm (1inch) schedule 80 extrusion-grade PVDF pipe
  • Cushion-mounted pH electrode resists shocks
  • Thick flutes protect glass tip from breakage during calibration, cleaning and accidental impact.
  • Open electrode tip for easy cleaning
  • Available integrated pre-amp rated for up to 105 °C
  • Available temperature and moisture resistant Variopin (VP) quick connectors
